Photonic device fabrication in cleanroom is a MUST in PHLab.

The fabrication equipment involves the facilities at Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI), Nano Facility Center (NFC) at NYCU, and Optical Sciences Center (OSC) at NCU.
